Vom 15. - 20. April 2012 findet in Frankfurt am Main die Messe „light+building“ – die weltgrößte Messe für Licht und Gebäudetechnik - statt. Dabei ist erstmals die Sonderausstellung „Das Gebäude als Kraftwerk im Smart Grid“ auf der Freifläche F11.0 zwischen den Hallen 9, 10 und 11 zu sehen. Diese zeigt, wie die Ziele der Bundesregierung zur Dezentralisierung der Energieversorgung zukünftig umgesetzt werden können.

Wohn- und Zweckbauten sollen in Zukunft ihre Energie stärker selbst produzieren, anstatt sie aus Großkraftwerken zu beziehen. Dafür sind Energieerzeuger, -wandler und -speicher zusätzlich in den Gebäuden erforderlich. Zudem sind sowohl die Verbrauchsgeräte als auch die Netze entsprechend anzupassen. Das intelligente Stromnetz („Smart Grid“) weiß dann, wo welcher Bedarf besteht, welche Energie sich erzeugen lässt und steuert den Ausgleich im regionalen Verbund mit anderen Anbietern und Verbrauchern. Diesen Mega-Trend und das Zusammenspiel des Energiemanagements mit der Gebäudetechnik thematisiert ausführlich die Sonderschau.

Gezeigt werden u.a. ein Gebäude mit Photovoltaik- und Windkraft-Lösungen auf einem begehbaren Dach und Elektromobile. Zu sehen sind – zum Teil im Live-Betrieb – Exponate führender Hersteller. Dazu zählen Photovoltaik, Windkraft, Kraftwärmekopplung, Brennstoffzellen- und Speichertechnik, verschiedenste Speicher, Wandler, Zähler, Schalt- und Schutzbausteine, Installationstechniken sowie ihre Vernetzung und Integration einschließlich Visualisierungen und Bediengeräten. Software errechnet und steuert, wann Verbrauchsgeräte Aufgaben am günstigsten erledigen und wohin erzeugte Energie geleitet oder verkauft wird. Fachleute erläutern die Exponate und deren Zusammenspiel in der Sonderschau.

Die Planung und Projektsteuerung der Sonderschau obliegt Canzler Ingenieure mit Unterstützung der TU Dresden, Institut für Energietechnik.

Bei der Light+Building 2012 werden rund 2.100 Aussteller vermutlich mehr als 180.000 Besuchern neue Produkte und Entwicklungen für Licht und intelligente Gebäude präsentieren.

Auf der vom 06. bis 08. März 2012 stattfindenden Facility Management Messe in Frankfurt ist Canzler in mehrfacher Hinsicht vertreten:

So werden am Messestand einerseits das breitgefächerte Leistungsbild und andererseits die nationale und internationale Verfügbarkeit und Unterstützung der Kunden im Bereich des Facility Managements sowie der Immobilienberatung und der Generalplanung vorgestellt.

Des Weiteren bereichert Canzler den parallel zur Fachmesse stattfindenden Kongress mit einen interessanten Vortrag zum Thema „Entwicklung eines Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungscontrollings aus Auftraggebersicht“. Vorgestellt wird ein anwendungsorientiertes Controllingmodell, welches bereits in der Vertragsabschlussphase die Grundlagen für ein projektspezifisches und systematisches Controlling im Regelbetrieb schafft.

Auf dem Messeforum – der Dialog- und Informationsplattform für Besucher, Aussteller und Kongressteilnehmer innerhalb der Ausstellerflächen – werden unsere Experten Andreas Broßmann, Roland Hermens, Jürgen Zeller und Marcel Benteler einen Vortrag zum Thema „Planungs- und Baubegleitender FM Beratung im Rahmen des Lebenszyklustages“ halten. Intention ist es, bei Bauherren, Investoren, Betreibern und Corporates das Verständnis für die Auswirkung von bau- und planungsbegleitendem FM sowie entsprechender baulicher Gestaltung auf den Lebenszyklus zu schärfen, denn der intergrale Planungsansatz beschränkt sich nicht auf die Auswahl nachhaltiger Bauteile bzw. TGA., sondern berücksichtigt bereits spätere Nutzungsphasen, Prozesse und Betriebskonzepte.

Am 08. und 09. November 2011 findet in Frankfurt am Main im MesseTurm der 5. Deutsche Real Estate Asset Kongress unter dem Motto „Wir machen Performance!“ statt.

Der Deutsche Real Estate Asset Kongress ist deutschlandweit die einzige Plattform für Immobilien-Entscheider aus Corporate-Unternehmen und Immobilienwirtschaft, die sich

Vom 22. bis 24. Februar 2011 präsentiert sich Canzler ein weiteres Mal auf der Facility Management Messe in Frankfurt.

Die Fachmesse Facility Management 2011 mit Kongress gibt einen umfassenden und aktuellen Überblick über das Produkt- und Dienstleistungsangebot im Bereich FM. Im direkten Dialog finden FM-Verantwortliche Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Geschäftsführer und Entscheider treffen auf Lösungsanbieter und kompetente Partner.

Mehr als 100 führende Komplett- und Spezialanbieter präsentieren auf der Facility Management Messe Frankfurt ihre Produkte und Dienstleistungen aus den Bereichen Projektentwicklung und -finanzierung, Consulting und Gebäudemanagement, sowie Büroeinrichtungen, Contracting und Revitalisierung. Auch Canzler ist 2011 wieder unter den Ausstellern vertreten und präsentiert einerseits sein breitgefächertes Leistungsbild und andererseits die nationale und internationale Verfügbarkeit und Unterstützung der Kunden im Bereich des Facility Managements sowie der Immobilienberatung und der Generalplanung.

Der parallel zur Messe Facility Management Frankfurt stattfindende Kongress unterstützt den Dialog von FM Verantwortlichen und Experten für interne FM-Leistungen sowie Entscheidern über das Outsourcing von FM-Leistungen.

Der Deutsche Verband der Projektsteuerer e.V. (DVP) wurde 1984 von einer Gruppe von Fachleuten der Projektsteuerung im Bauwesen mit der Zielsetzung gegründet, das Fachwissen auf diesem Gebiet zu erweitern und qualitativ zu verbessern, die Ergebnisse der interessierten Fachwelt zugänglich zu machen und durch die Mitglieder das Zusammenwirken der Projektbeteiligten am Bau positiv zu fördern. Der DVP wurde Mitglied des AHO (Ausschuss der Verbände und Kammern der Ingenieure und Architekten für die Honorarordnung e. V.). Die AHO-Fachkommission „Projektsteuerung" konstituierte ein Leistungsbild zur Projektsteuerung an Stelle von § 31 (1) HOAI und erarbeitete Honoraransätze zur Projektsteuerung.

Zum DVP zählen mit Stand per 11.11.2010 insgesamt 234 Mitglieder, davon 129 Firmenmitglieder, 77 persönliche Mitglieder, 20 kooperative Mitglieder und 8 Ehrenmitglieder. Damit vertritt der DVP insgesamt etwa 3.000 Fach- und Führungskräfte der Mitglieder, die überwiegend im Projektmanagement im Bauwesen tätig sind.

Stellvertretend für Canzler ist Michael Nolte Mitglied beim Deutschen Verband der Projektsteuerer geworden und wird zukünftig in den Arbeitsgruppen des DVPs aktiv mitarbeiten. Aktuell gibt es drei Arbeitskreise zu den Themen "Standardisierte Immobiliendokumentation", "Projektmanagement für nachhaltiges Bauen" und "Beispielsammlungen".

On the regional level the RICS Germany is presented by eight working groups. The regional working group Rhein-Main organises a regular series of lectures about topics concerning real estate economics.
Heinz Rudolph and Andreas Masiorek will report on the topic "Sustainability Management and Certification of Real Estates" within the course of lectures on behalf of the RICS Regional Working Group Rhein-Main. The event will take place in the conference rooms of the central train station in Frankfurt am Main on September 29th, 2010.

The EuroFM and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) lead this year's international European Facility Management Conference taking place in Madrid on June 1st and 2nd, 2010. The conference is one of the most important events for the exchange of information and networking in the branch, including symposia for economy, practice, research and apprenticeship.

Canzler Ingenieure will be represented by Roland Hermens who will be giving a lecture on the topic "FM tenders for globalised companies vs. natonal regulations and habits" on June 2nd. Additionally, further keynote lecturers will be Christian Kornevall, director for energy efficiency for real estate projects & electricity utilities of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, Jolly Kunjappu, globally thinking management consultant and ex-drummer of the Rolling Stones, Javier Serra Maria Tomé, representative chief executive officer for innovation and quality of building in the domestic construction of the Spanish ministry of building, as well as Francisco Vázquez, president and owner of the 3G-Office Group, founder and former president of the IFMA Spain.

Besides Andreas Masiorek Canzler Ingenieure now has a second auditor for the certification of sustainable buildings according to DGNB. In March 2010 Mathias Behrens has successfully completed the education as an auditor in Munich and in the future he will be working in the fields of certification and planning of sustainable buildings with emphasis on technical equipment. As an architect and industrial engineer Mr. Masiorek is still working as an integrated consultant or as an auditor for the certification of our sustainability projects.

With a visitant rate increase by 32% the Facility Management exhibition continued its road to success. Additionally, at the congress, which took place simultaneously, the positive trend of 20% increase was obvious as well. The Facility Management 2010 provided an in-depth and up-to-date overview about the product and services range of the FM sector. FM responsibles could find products and services by the help of direct dialogues. Executive directors and decision makers met solution providers and competent partners.

In 2010, Canzler Ingenieure has not only been present with a stand at the exhibition. Mr. Andreas Broßmann and Mr. Roland Hermens also gave a combined presentation about the topic "What goes down must come up - Ways and Goals" and they were available for this year's panel discussion.

The topic of the presentation is “Quality in the Facility Management”.

The event takes place in the central railway station in Frankfurt. We engaged the Deutsche Bahn in order to gain a backstage view into the top traveller platform in Frankfurt. Approximately 100 million passengers frequent the station yearly.

Likewise, we expect two thrilling prersentations about the topic “Quality in the Facility Management”. A practice report about the quality control and load sensing in a huge portfolio provides an overview about a particular quality control practice.

Furthermore, we will report on projects of the RealFM. Andreas Kühne introduces the successful benchmark within the chemistry/pharmaceutics industry and reports on the handling of the results and cause analysis by the use of a process analysis. This successful procedure is to be expanded into the other industries. In coherence with the topic “quality” the RealFM is planning the introduction of qualification levels for the central factor of success, the property manager.

At the end of November 2005, Bertram Canzler Sr. celebrated his 85th birthday.
The trade journal HLH, the main publication for Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA – Technical Building Equipment), part of the Association of German Engineers, honored Bertram Canzler’s work in an article in Issue 12/2005.

In keeping with the motto “High quality, manageable cost,” the Cologne-Nippes Werkstattstraße property “Wohnen im Hochbunker” was granted the Bauherrenpreis for 2005.

Renovation and development of a two-story bunker from 1942

Canzler was responsible for technical equipment during the planning and realization of this award-winning property.

In mid-2004, Canzler Ingenieure GmbH appointed Dipl.-Ing. Holger Richter as an additional managing director.

Mr. Richter has worked for the company since 1993 and manages the Dresden and Berlin offices.

Even before our certification in accordance with DIN 14675, the qualified planning of fire alarm systems was one of our key attributes.

On November 1, 2002, DIN 14675/A3 (“Fire alarm systems - Construction and operation, Amendment 3”) came into effect.

This norm stipulates that as of November 1, 2003, anyone planning fire alarm systems mandated by construction supervision rules must obtain a certificate of professional qualification from an accredited certification office.

According to the media development plan of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, infrastructures are to be created in schools in order to develop data processing networks, and the corresponding hardware and software implemented.

We are helping the responsible administrations develop concepts and carry out competitions – Europe-wide, in cases where the volume is sufficient – and are overseeing the implementation and integration process.
