Multi-functional shopping centre with generous office areas and a hotel

On the former main post office site, next to the historical railway station of Wiesbaden, at the junction of the busiest streets, a shopping centre with offices and a hotel with new dimensions is created.

On approx. 100,000 m² gross floor space, a shopping centre, generous office areas and a hotel are built. These are accessed via spacious connections to the historical main station and to the city centre.

On behalf of the Dutch investor, Canzler is on management side responsible for the securing of time, cost and quality of the entire project with construction costs of approx. 80 m €.
